Welcome to my website!  I have found a special place in my heart for the Precious Moments Tender Tails, so I built a website that could provide information and sell tender tails for fellow collectors. 

Legal stuff:
This is a licensed retail "store".   I do have an account with Enesco, which is how I get all of the tender tails on other products.  All pictures are property of Kim's Tender Tails and More, if you would like to use them, please ask first!!   I try to make all of my customers happy, and have had no problems so far.  I am here to help you have a great internet shopping experience!   Credit Card charges are run thru my parents merchant account, so don't be surprised when you credit card bill shows a charge from Clark Cookie Jars.

Ordering:
Ordering is very simple.  Just click on any of my order links and it will add your item to the cart.  You have 3 payment options, credit card, money order, or personal check.  Our order form is now secure, so putting your credit card # on it is safe.   As another option, you may call or fax at  1-800-513-4086, please note that I live in WA, so my time zone can be different than yours, so it may be 9am if you live on the east coast, but it is really 6am here.   For money orders, they are not held and shipment is almost immediate upon receiving them.  For checks, I hold them for 7-10 days so that they have time to clear before I ship.

Shipping info:
My  policy on shipping is that I will ship out as soon as I can, and try to ship out orders at least twice a week. This goes for all payment types, so it just depends on when payment is received in relationship to my shipping days.   We ship via both UPS and USPS, depending on how many orders we get during the week.

Location:
I am located in Mead, WA.  A very, very small place (not on a map)!!  I am located about 10 min outside of Spokane, WA.  Since we are in Washington, you  have to pay tax (.081%) on your order if you live in WA, all other states are tax free.

 I like collecting tender tails very much, and so far have been able to get every one!  I started this business about seven years ago.  It all began when my parents decided to start Clark's Cookie Jars and Collectibles.  They offered me this great opportunity to start my own website. It has been a fantastic opportunity for me.   I was even able to go on a business trip to Chicago to see Enesco's showroom.   It was fabulous!!  I answer email, take orders and do all packing for shipment, maintain and build new web pages, and try my hardest to satisfy all of my customers.  So, if you have any questions, email me any time at:
